A 2-day in-company course for developing supervisory skills.
This is an introduction level training programme for supervisors who have to supervise people whilst still working as part of the team. It is therefore aimed at newly appointed supervisors and those who are shortly to be assigned a supervisory role. The course will help them make the transition to their new role and deal with the challenge of supervising staff who were previously their peers. It covers all key aspects of effective supervision and includes individual and delegate exercises to enhance learning. The contents have been carefully designed to ensure that delegates leave with a host of practical ideas that they can immediately implement.
