Dr Tracy Tappenden

Tracy studied at the "University of East Anglia" achieving a First Class Honours Degree in 1986 and a Ph.D. in 1989. During her research career. Tracy had papers published in several scientific journals and has presented at major international conferences.

In 1989 Tracy joined Bernard Matthews Plc as a research scientist and was soon seconded onto the research project team. It was not long before she became Project Manager delivering a number of complex commercially sensitive projects including a major IT development project.

Since the early nineties Tracy has held several management positions. Each with increasing responsibility and status.

In early 2000 Tracy joined the Spearhead Training Group. Her brief, to deliver management and project management training in environments where her lively style and warm personality make her a much sought after tutor.

Tracy enjoys rambling, gardening, music and a wide range of other interests and pursuits. These all contribute to her work hard and play hard philosophy.
