Take, for example, negotiation skills training. Many Sales Managers who attended our negotiation skills training courses are now sending their sales people to us for training – because they recognise just how valuable our tutors experiences are in turning the theory into practice.

Our tutors also have to go through a programme of continuous professional development with Spearhead Training. This passion for continuously developing themselves as well as others is important, and ensures our top trainers remain totally effective.

A good example of this is one of our UK sales tutors. He enjoys selling training solutions and retains an active sales role within Spearhead UK. Without this continued “hands-on” approach of selling training to real clients with diverse needs his knowledge and skills would soon date.

The number of training days our tutors are expected to deliver training per week is closely monitored so that it does not exceed an average maximum of three days per week. This is to ensure our tutors are always fresh and highly dedicated when running our training courses. We know that tired tutors are incapable of delivering good training to you, our clients.

Take for example, our supervisor training course. It is two days in length, so if the tutor has run this course they would not be expected to run another supervisor training course the same week.

The Spearhead Tutor Team is truly international. Not only do we have tutors based in the UK, but we also have tutors based in the other regions where we have offices – namely Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Sharjar.
