This is an advanced level negotiation skills course for the more experienced negotiator. The focus of this advanced programme is skill development and this is achieved through practical negotiation exercises with individual assessment and review. Delegates will benchmark their skills using tools specifically developed by Spearhead Training. Delegates will also consider the many challenges faced during a negotiation and how they can be best overcome.
