Professional stand conduct for promotional events

1 Day - Non Residential Public sector organisations frequently use exhibitions to inform and educate the public. This workshop will teach those asked to work on an exhibition stand how to make the most of visitor enquiries and how to avoid the numerous and costly mistakes. Delegates will leave the course with a host of ideas in order to engage professionally with visitors. They will have useful alternatives to the most common, and least effective, approach of “Can I help you?” The course includes numerous practical exercises in order to develop individual skills.

Delegate spaces available on the following course dates:

Fee includes course materials, use of video and other training equipment as required. Lunch and light refreshments are also included. Prepared key topic notes for delegates' future reference are provided. The number of delegates attending each course is limited in order to ensure individual participation.
