We are committed to ensuring you get the largest improvement in business performance in relation to your investment - inappropriate training is expensive in terms of both your sales peoples time and your money.

There are a number of ways we can benchmark your sales team:

Sales training needs analysis questionnaire. This consists of a range of different types of questions, including multiple choice and open questions. Once the questionnaire has been completed, we provide a score and a recommendation of training needs. We have an extensive data base of questions to allow the questionnaire to be tailored to the sales team and their situation.

One to one meetings. This is a very cost effective method for identifing the current sales ability, and therefore sales training requirements, of an individual. Each meeting lasts for 90 minutes and involves discussion to identify the individual's knowledge level and approach in various trial sales situations. The meeting report will highlight any “gaps” identified and provide recommendations for appropriate sales training.

Accompanied visits. The ultimate measure of ability is how sales people perform in real sales situations with your clients. Accompanied visits therefore provide a detailed audit of an individuals sales ability and involves attending client visits with sales people. We measure sales performance on numerous indices and these then provide the basis for our recommendations.
